Love Dr. Harding and her staff!
I used to see Dr. Harding before I moved to FL about 4 years ago. I was a patient of hers for many years and absolutely loved her!! I do not have health insurance in FL, nor do I have a primary care physician. My family still lives in Valdosta and I come to visit them every 2 or 3 months. So... I am here now and in need of EMERGENCY medication. I called her office a few minutes ago to see if I could make an appt to get this particular medicine. (Well, I will go ahead and tell you... the medicine I desperately need is Celexa)! I, in detail, explained my situation to the extremely RUDE lady on the phone. She asked if I had a DR. In FL.. I said "No; too expensive, can't afford one." She kept interrupting me, just basically not wanting to let me explain to her that I have been on Celexa for 13 years but have not had any in 3 months. I told her that Dr. Harding used to write me Celexa prescriptions too. Long story short... This horrible woman(she sounded African American, I'm only saying this because I would like to know her name... Finally just rudely said "we can't help you!" So I said... "So doc isn't accepting any new patients right now?" She of course said NO!!! If this woman had a CLUE about medicines and their uses... When someone tells you they need to see the Dr. For emergency Celexa... You should do everything in your power to help that person! I really wanted to see doc and let her know I have really missed her. I have NEVER been treated so badly from ANY Dr.'s office! It's ashame Dr. Harding allows this incompetent person to deal with her patients... Four years ago the staff was amazing! I just figured since I visit Valdosta so often, she could once again be my doctor! South FL Dr's charge $275 a visit for non-insured... I told the horrible lady that I couldn't afford a primary where I live and could I PLEASE make an appointment??? I knew Dr. Harding wouldn't charge me that much. Oh well doc... You could of had a wonderful new patient!! Alright... I'm through venting!
